A sunny and springlike April, ideal for sea kayaking outings ☀️
The official* opening of our base on the weekend of April 5th was blessed with gorgeous sunny weather. It was the perfect opportunity for paddlers to join the first guided sea kayaking outings of the season 🛶
Some lucky visitors made the most of the sunshine by heading out for picnic trips on the beach thanks to our rental options 🏝️
A chance to paddle around the stunning Île Irus, located right across from our base, and for some, to (re)discover the charming little port of Pen er Men in the Arradon – Le Moustoir area. 👉 Check out this little slice of paradise in video!
*The base is officially open from early April to early November. Outside of this period, we can open on request depending on availability 😉
A great start to the season for learning during private sea kayaking and stand-up paddle lessons!
With these spring conditions, it’s the perfect time for private lessons. We also took advantage of the low maritime traffic to safely practice navigating in the currents.
It was also a great opportunity for some paddlers to (re)learn essential techniques for getting back into their kayak.
But also a few colorful raindrops during April’s kayak outings 😅
