Introducing the Canobus: An XXL Canoe for a Collective Adventure
In 2025, Varecâh will launch a unique vessel unlike any other.
Its name? The Canobus. Its mission? To open the sea to everyone.
Here in the Gulf of Morbihan, we love paddling lightâbut more importantly, we love paddling together.
The Canobus is a large-capacity canoe powered solely by paddles. Designed with ecology, accessibility, and group connection in mind, itâs a quiet, sustainable, and inclusive way to explore the water.
No motor, no noise, no barriers. Just the strength of arms, the rhythm of the tides, and the spirit of togetherness.
Why the Canobus?
We aim to make water sports and adventure more accessible, especially for people with disabilities, vulnerable groups, and young participants.
But above all, we believe the sea is meant to be shared. Experiencing it together helps us understand and appreciate it more deeply.
As a socially committed company, we believe ecological change also involves gentle, meaningful, and non-polluting forms of recreation.
A Tool for Learning and Storytelling
The Canobus is also an educational platform. It helps participants understand the tides in real time while observing wildlife without disturbing it.
It allows us to share the legends of the Gulfâon the very waters where they were bornâand raise awareness about preserving this unique natural environment.
What About the âPagaie SantĂ©â Program?
Our Pagaie SantĂ© sessionsâalready part of the Varecâh offeringâare designed for people with chronic illnesses or sedentary lifestyles. These sessions promote better health through gentle, guided physical activity.
With the arrival of the Canobus, this program becomes even more inclusive and community-driven.
